Transport for your Residential

We're thrilled to have your school group joining us soon for an unforgettable residential. In this video, we want to fill you in on the essential details about transport for your upcoming trip.

Your Transport Team

First things first, let's talk about your transport crew. Over the next few weeks, we will be talking to you about the transport you are bringing with you, such as school minibusses, coaches, and also the number of drivers. As we get closer to your visit and we confirm numbers, we'll work our magic to organise your transport schedule using our resources here at New Forest Activities.

Campsite Location

Our campsite is nestled just on the outskirts of the charming Beaulieu Village. We have a few fantastic activity sites, which are all about three kilometers away from where you will be staying. So, how do you plan to move your students around during their exciting stay?

Option One - A Scenic Stroll

One option is to take a leisurely walk to the main activity sites. You'll be surrounded by wonderful farm tracks and scenic river views. It's a lovely 40-minute walk that everyone can enjoy.

Option Two - The Trusty Mini Bus

Many schools bring their own minibusses and drivers, and we're more than happy to use those to shuttle your group to and from the activity sites. We also have our own minibus which can also be taken advantage of.

Option Three - The Exciting Choice

Here's the exciting part! We've got a tractor and trailer that can comfortably seat 50 to 60 kids. This unique experience is made possible thanks to our great relationship with the local farmers in Beaulieu Village. It's sure to be a highlight for all the kids.
