Be the heart of adventure in The New Forest!

We're looking for one or two people to support our team for Saturday and Sunday cover with the potential for summer holiday cover too.

We are based in Beaulieu in the heart of The New Forest National Park.

You will be employed to learn and develop valuable skills, whilst supporting our customer service and sales team.

This role offers great scope to develop, working in a busy office alongside a small and committed team of people.

The New Forest Activities Office is open 7-days a week. We're looking for one or two individuals who will work either a Saturday or Sunday or both days from April to September. Flexibility for both days is key.

    What you'll need to apply


  • Be 18yrs+
  • Ambitious and keen to learn
  • Confident around people, face-to-face and on the phone
  • Comfortable using computers and able to take good notes
  • What you'll do


  • Taking and recording the details of incoming phone calls
  • Responding to emails and enquiry forms from our website
  • Booking people onto activities and answering their questions
  • Managing payment transactions and financial data inputs
  • Liasing with the activities team to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Troubleshooting customer issues and feeding back to the senior team
  • Supporting customers and activty staff with elements of our cycle hire provision

  • Your rate of pay will start at £8.60ph (18-20yrs) or £11.44ph (21+) and based on experience
