The heart of adventure in The New Forest!

We are looking for an organised and proactive individual to support our operations. While experience in customer service, admin, or CRM systems is a plus, we are happy to train the right person. The ideal candidate needs to be a strong communicator, comfortable handling customer inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms.

They should be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, follow processes accurately, and have great attention to detail. A problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

  • Please note, due to our rural location having limited access to public transport, a full driving licence is highly desirable. In any case, you will need to be able to get to us.


    Key Areas of Work


  • Inbox & Communication Management – Monitor and respond to emails, WhatsApp messages, and CRM conversations, ensuring all inquiries are handled efficiently.
  • CRM Task Management – Follow up on leads, complete assigned tasks, and track customer progress from initial inquiry to booking.
  • Customer Interaction & Bookings – Answer phone calls, provide information, direct customers to the correct activity slots, and process bookings.
  • System & Data Accuracy – Ensure all customer interactions, bookings, and inquiries are correctly logged and managed within the CRM and booking systems.
