Forget the car. New Forest bike hire is the perfect day out for couples — no sat nav, no parking stress, just open trails, fresh air and the chance to spot the famous free-roaming ponies along the way.
Our most popular route takes you on a loop through three New Forest villages — Beaulieu, Lyndhurst and Brockenhurst — a brilliant mix of forest tracks, heathland and quiet lanes. Our team will tailor your trail on arrival based on your pace and how far you'd like to go.
Free parking is available on-site all day — leave the car with us, grab your bikes and make a proper day of it. Available April to October. Bikes suit riders aged 12–13 and upwards, available XS to XL.

Please note: all routes begin with a short section of road cycling (approx 500m) before joining The New Forest off-road cycle network.
Three Villages, One Perfect Day
New Forest cycling is one of those rare days out where the journey really is the destination. Our most-loved route takes in Beaulieu, Lyndhurst and Brockenhurst — three of the Forest's most characterful villages — connected by quiet forest trails and open heathland tracks.
Along the way you'll pass through ancient woodland, cross open heath where the ponies roam freely, and have plenty of opportunity to stop for a coffee, a pub lunch or just to take it all in. It's the perfect way to see the New Forest at its own pace.

Short on time? Half day bike hire is available on a walk-in basis — no need to book online. Simply turn up and check with our team on the day, or give us a ring to find out what slots are available.
Half day hire is a brilliant option if you want to squeeze in a ride alongside another activity, or if you're passing through and fancy a couple of hours in the saddle exploring the Forest.
