Having been involved in delivering Team Building events for over 25yrs, I’ve seen all sorts of things being sold under this term.
Some reward staff for their hard work, some solve specific business challenges and some really just give people a break from a heavy conference or business meeting!
However I believe there’s a gap…
One between the ‘just for fun’ events and the long term ‘consultancy led’ team development programmes, which are also available.
