Book your 2018 New Forest adventure now!
New Forest Activities is turning 15 this year! We may be getting older, but the fun we're having sure isn't. We'll be sharing lots of content throughout the year to celebrate this amazing milestone.
We want to say thank you to everyone who's been part of the fun over the last 15 years and we can't wait to see what 2018 has in store for us. We're so lucky to be based in the beautiful New Forest National Park, which offers up endless amounts of #NewForestFun! To kick things off, we've put together 15 of our favourite snaps from last year in the hope that they'll help inspire your next New Forest adventure!
Paddling on the Beaulieu River never get's old. Whether you're in one of our stable 'Canadian style' canoes or our touring kayaks, the river offers up plenty of opportunity to explore. If you want to see for yourself check out our Winter Paddling, running until the end of February - only £18 per person!
The river is even more stunning during the Summer months and makes a great activity for the family to enjoy. This family had a cracking time splashing about on a Family Canoeing session with us!
Easter is one of our favourite times of the year and our Canoe Easter Egg Hunt is always a hit! This family loved hunting around in the woodland for those chocolate eggs - and by the looks of it their canine companion did too!
These colourful Hens enjoyed an exciting day paddling out on the River with us. Planning a Hen Party for your tribe? Get in touch and we'll be happy to help!
We were lucky enough to welcome TV presenters Angelica Bell and Michael Underwood to the New Forest last year for some biking fun!
We get to come to work here everyday! I don't think we could ask for a better part of The New Forest to adventure in. Shout out to our activities photographer Steve for this incredible snap!
During the Summer we put on our first Great New Forest Challenge for The Thrive Tribe and it was a great success! The team took on an 8km forest walk and a 25km cycle ride before taking to the river for a 12km canoeing trip. Check out our video to see it for yourself.
We also welcomed the guys from Portsmouth University for a team building day jam-packed with adventure at our Ropes Course! Get in touch with our team to start planning your own team building event.
These kiddos had a blast on our October Half Term Holiday Adventure Day! Perfect for free range kids. Click here to find out more and to see our upcoming dates for 2018.
Even more celebs swung by the New Forest Activities office last year, including George and Larry Lamb who hired some bikes from us to explore the forest for their Channel 5 TV show 'Britain by Bike.'
Our activity instructors will jump at any chance to dress up in fancy dress. These guys were spotted on the battlefield as part of our Haunted Battlefield LIVE sessions, with ghosts and ghouls at every turn! Why not take a look at our upcoming seasonal activities?
It's not often a team is brave enough to take on what we like to call 'The Lotus Flower.' Once your team has made it to the top of our Leap of Faith, it's essential that you work together and have perfect form to pull this one off!
The New Forest Activities festivities don't stop at Halloween. Santa always makes his yearly visit to the Beaulieu River in his canoe full of gifts! As you can see, this usually results in some very happy children!
Our activities dog Prim must be the luckiest doggo in The New Forest! You can regularly spot her either out on the Beaulieu River or bounding through the forest with the team. Last year she played the part of Santa's little helper perfectly!
We're dreaming of Summer kayaking adventures out on the river and Summer really can't come soon enough! Our kayaking takes place at Buckler's Hard and we couldn't ask for a more beautiful setting.
So as you can see we had a blast throughout 2017 and we're looking forward to even more adventures this year! We hope that you'll come along for the ride and let the #NewForestFun continue!
